Step #3 Tag your items.

*You set the price. Price Items To SELL.

Don't overprice. Please nothing less than $1.00.

*Clothing must be on hangers.

* Make sure clothing smells fresh. Free of any smoke/mildew smells.

*Hanger hook points to the left and tag should be placed on the RIGHT shoulder with

safety pin.

*Tags should be taped with packaging tape to toys and

other items.  Toys and equipment should have all parts

and any small pieces should be in a Ziplock

bag, securely attached to the main part with packaging

tape or ribbon.

* You can use any tags you prefer as long as it has your

consigner # on it and PLEASE make sure your tags aren't

too tiny.  Tiny tags are LOST tags which means no sale

for you.  We recommend perforated tags or 3X5 index

cards cut in half. Do not use mailing labels.  We aren't

able to take those off of an item without it ripping.

This tag has a consignor #100, with a size 2T Gymbo Train shirt.  The price is $4.00 and there is no red dot so it CAN go half off on Saturday.

Any item that you do not want to sell for half price should have a red dot on the tag next to the price.

Step #4
Drop off your items.

Drop off will be on Monday, July 22nd, 10 am - 6:00 pm.  You will sign up for a drop off

time when you register.  We will need to check through everyone's items to ensure, with

the limited space, we are filled with high quality items for our shoppers.  Make sure all of

your items are stain/hole free, all toys with batteries and in working order.  Please do

not be offended if we refuse an item, we all miss stains/holes occasionally. Also, any

items with smell of smoke will be refused.  It's a great idea to have your clothing sorting

into sizes before you arrive.  Our goal is to make your drop off as quick as possible.  We

will close the building promptly at 6:00 pm, so please make sure you arrive on time.

Other Important Info:

Please bring a self-addressed, stamped envelope with you.  At this time, you will need to verify your information & pick up your pre-sale pass!
$1 will be deducted from your sales if you do not bring a self addressed stamped envelope.

Please bring a large box/plastic container labeled with your name/consigner# for sorting your items that did not sale on sorting day.  Please do not leave the lid with the tote. We do our best to make sure your tote is safe and accounted for however, please leave one that is not a "valued" tote. We have had incidents with totes previously therefore, we hope you understand we can not be responsible for broken totes. Leave us an old one just in case. 😉

We will be located behind the church in the fellowship hall.  Watch for signs!

PICK UP UNSOLD ITEMS    THIS IS IMPORTANT!
